琉璃子（中谷美纪 饰）是一名泰迪熊艺术工作者，她与在IT公司上班的丈夫聪（大森南朋 饰）结婚三年有余，虽然是众人艳羡的一对模范夫妻。但实际上，这对幸福搭档却彼此过着同床异梦的生活。那种不说破的隔膜持续了整整两年：白天，聪去公司上班，而琉璃子在家制造泰迪熊；晚上，聪回到自己房间玩各种游戏，琉璃子有事叫他得依靠手机。更重要的是，彼此之间夫妻生活几乎被省略，各自在外面有秘密情人，并且想方设法编织着各种小谎言以维持真挚、甜蜜的夫妻关系。两人似乎都意识到了问题的严重性，但是这种剥离肉欲的纯粹精神关系又在琉璃子的细心打理下，变得如此坚固。这种橡皮婚姻的结局会怎样呢…… 本片根据日本女作家江国香织的同名作品改编。。Christmas is supposed to be a time for peace and joyful family reunions.
