Their quest was more than just an endurance test — it was also a way to draw attention to the unprecedented threats facing one of our most revered landscapes...。阿哲（吴启华 饰）年纪轻轻就成了全港十大基金经理之一，一直在位于中环某间投资公司工作。阿哲的上司是个心胸狭窄的人，一次他收到了内幕却故意不透露给阿哲，致使阿哲投资失利，在公司的地位一下跌到了谷底，随后更是千方百计排挤他。阿哲忍无可忍，决定自己出来自立门户开投资公司，手下阿昌（阮兆祥 饰）决定跟随他一起出来创业。虽然两人满腹宏图大计，但缺乏启动资金，阿哲想起父亲在大澳老家有一块地，于是决定回将土地转让以期获套取现金。 阿哲、阿昌回到大澳，认识了当地女孩开心（陈松伶 饰）以及她的一家人。开心的父亲根叔（元华 饰）是这里的村长，他家里的虾膏厂正好盖在阿哲父亲的那块土地上。阿哲打听到村里唯一能证明这块地是自己父亲的人忠伯已经移居外地，恰巧他们又错过了刚刚回来探亲的忠伯，于是两人只好先居住在大澳等忠伯再次回来。根叔误以为阿哲和开心已经爱上对方，于是开始极力撮合两人，闹了不少笑话。而阿哲与开心相处日久，两人亦渐生情愫。。In 1968, five friends set out on a 5,000-mile road trip in a white Ford van bound for South America.
