“送王船”是闽南沿海村落中人们祈求国泰民安、风调雨顺的一种民间习俗。在钟宅每四年举办一届，2012年农历十月，一场空前浩大的“送王船”仪式在钟宅上演。本片以“造王船”和“送王船”为贯穿始终的主线：村民们卜选头家，为“送王船”争相出资出力，造船老工匠苦寻传承人，王船建造过程中接二连三出现意外，令人倍感压力。。Four stories of ordinary yet colorful people caught in extraordinary situations are cleverly interwoven in this funny, bittersweet portrayal of urban life set during a single night in Romania’s chaotic capital city.
