The startled villagers decide to knock...。在台湾，结婚是一件终身大事。多年以来，有一群想结婚而没机会结婚的人，在婚姻仲介的宣传下，到东南亚各国挑选老婆，在几天之内变成夫妻。他们彼此从来不认识，了解对方，是从结婚以后才开始。 餐厅厨师黑仔就是其中之一，他是一个个性直爽，很怕麻烦的人。因为年近四十，在仲介朋友的鼓吹下，付了25万元，挑选了一位相片中的美女，就出发到越南相亲娶老婆。从来不曾出国的黑仔，对越南毫无概念，却对未来的老婆有着不小的憧憬。他自己觉得已经做好万全的准备，没有想到，后来的发展，远远出乎他的意料……。。
