The first part, Everything...。外科主任王冶文的女友夏雨柔参拍一部电视剧爱上了导演，二人只好分手。刚调进医院的朗婷婷极为喜欢王冶文，副院长鲁侃从中作伐。年轻的外科女医生姜玲对王冶文暗恋已久，刚从烦恼中走出来的王冶文虽然一心全在病人身上，但美丽纯洁的姜玲慢慢打动了他的心。为朗婷婷奔走的有辱使命，朗婷婷决定亲自出马。王冶文值夜班，朗婷婷便常来陪他。朗婷婷买了两张歌舞票请王冶文去剧场娱乐，王冶文把歌舞票送给食堂司务长小曹，自己跑去病房抢救病人。朗婷婷见姜玲从中插手，便毫无节制地向王冶文靠近。但机关算尽，王冶文始终和她没有水中鸳鸯成双对的意思。朗婷婷知难而退，在王冶文的巧妙安排下和司务长小曹好上了。两个月后，王冶文、姜玲和小曹、朗婷婷双双在一家酒店共同举行婚礼。在欢快的音乐声中和客人们哄笑声中，两对新人向客人们一一敬酒……。
