1993年，在一座即将拆迁的上海石库门老房子地板下，18岁辍学在家的轩（黄轩饰），发现了一本被藏匿的日记。日记扉页上贴着女孩的照片，页间娟秀的字迹，记录着1975年的一段恋情。轩被18年前的女孩打动，在现实生活中遇到了已经36岁的岚（蒋雯丽饰）。在荷尔蒙的刺激下，一场无情的情感狩猎开始了。18岁的叵测少年，在时任大学教师已是中年的岚面前，不动声色地开始一幕幕还原当年日记中的情景……。SYNOPSIS Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. (Strugatsky Brothers website) NOTES This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。
