The plot involves a woman who sets out a well-intentioned plan of bringing together her dysfunctional family in the wake of the family’s matriarch, her mother-in-law. She deceives her husband and others in to believe their mother left rules for the family to follow in the lead up to Christmas. Wanting to believe their mother left some guidance to help heal the wounds of her abs...。清朝雍正年间，科尔沁部贝勒巴图，陪同兄长博尔济，表妹达娜一同前来大清，准备帮兄长迎娶崇亲王允强之女端敏郡主，途中，巴图与多罗慧武郡王之女采蝶发生误会，二人因此成为一对冤家，接下来，却发生金钗案，导致博尔济与达娜，以及一些重要大臣、将军相继受害。巴图与采蝶为了查案，历经种种磨难，却意外爱上对方，并揪出十二金钗杀手，及金钗案的幕后指使者莫芸，让这一连串的悬案总算结案。而巴图与采蝶也因为在追查金钗案过程中，两人患难见真情，成了真正的夫妻，后来，采蝶随着巴图回到科尔沁，对巴图来说，采蝶就是他最大的宝藏。至于众人一心想得到的宝藏，历经这么多风霜，仍是个谜!但可以肯定的是，坏人终需付出庞大代价，唯有好人方能享受到美好的人生。。
