讲述了当小猪「宝贝」像英雄般地凯旋回诈到何氏农庄后，这只热心过度的小猪不小心造成意外，害主人何先生卧病在床，由于他无法工作，加上银行威胁要沉没收他们的农庄，于是何太太为了拯救这座农庄，就决定接受一笔很高的酬劳，带着小猪到大城市表演那手令人目瞪口呆的牧羊本领，展开一场精彩逗趣的冒险故事。。主人公の晴(はる)は、一度夢を叶えたものの挫折してしまう。地元の名古屋に帰ってきてからも人間不信のまま特に生きがいもなく生活する中で、深夜のバイトに向かう最終列車で偶然おさななじみの茉子(まこ)と15年ぶりに再会。昔、晴に憧れていた茉子の描く理想に合わせるべく、小さな嘘を積み重ねていく晴。茉子と会う中で晴の気持ちにも変化が生まれるが、嘘に塗り固められた恋はどう発展する？。Steve and Susan Ireland are about to celebrate their 4th wedding anniversary by re-enacting their first date.
